GNI Software LLC, with the support of international consultants IPC (https://www.ipcgmbh.com/) and financing from KfW (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau) — Germany's leading state development bank — has successfully completed a project to automate key business processes for the State Fund for Promotion of Youth Housing Construction of Ukraine (hereinafter — the "Fund").
As part of the project, our team, based on the modular "GNI" software, successfully implemented not only the core system but also all other modules and subsystems directly related to the Fund's core mortgage operations, namely:
- credit systems;
- insurance systems;
- budgeting and limit management systems;
- reserve accrual systems;
- transaction monitoring and control systems;
- AML/Anti-Fraud systems;
- other functional blocks.
Thanks to the automation carried out, the Fund has significantly increased its capacity to provide mortgage financing to Ukrainian citizens, while ensuring a transparent procedure for the issuance, monitoring, and servicing of the current loan portfolio
